In Taiwan, many people advocate for schools to be managed like businesses, treating them as coperation. The principal is the CEO, teachers are employees, and parents and students are customers. 

However, under this mindset, teachers are easy to become service personnel trying to please customers, making it difficult for them to correct students' mistakes.
